In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, make a deposit, or use any Services on the poa4d Platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. poa4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The poa4d Platform is designed for and targeted at players residing in Indonesia. You represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable law or regulation. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence and access.

2.3 Personal Use Only. Accounts may only be created and used by natural persons acting on their own behalf. Registration by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or any other legal entity is not permitted. Use of automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to interact with the Platform on a Member's behalf is strictly prohibited.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the poa4d Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or shared device/IP combinations — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.5 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account: (a) persons who have previously been excluded or banned from the Platform; (b) employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of poa4d or its affiliated game providers and payment partners; (c) persons who are subject to a self-exclusion order placed through poa4d's responsible gaming tools.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the Services, you must complete the poa4d registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian identity number, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure.

3.2 Account Credentials. Upon successful registration, you will be assigned or will select a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. poa4d will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from poa4d that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Approval. poa4d reserves the right to approve or decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for any refusal. Completion of the registration form does not automatically confer Member status or entitle any applicant to access the Services.

3.4 Account Updates. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and accurate. Any change in your name, contact details, or payment method must be communicated to poa4d's support team promptly. poa4d accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information provided by a Member.

4.1 Member Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you have authorised such activity. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify poa4d immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] so that your Account can be temporarily locked pending investigation.

4.2 Shared Devices. poa4d strongly advises against accessing your Account from shared, public, or otherwise unsecured devices. If you choose to do so, you must ensure that you log out completely after each session and that no credentials are saved by the device's browser or autofill function.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. Where poa4d offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional or mandatory security layer, Members are encouraged to activate it. poa4d shall not be liable for unauthorised access to Accounts where the Member has declined to enable available 2FA options.

4.4 Security Monitoring. poa4d employs automated systems to monitor login patterns, device fingerprints, and transaction behaviour. Unusual activity may trigger a temporary Account hold while our compliance team investigates. poa4d will make reasonable efforts to resolve such holds promptly and will notify the affected Member via their registered contact details.

5.1 Deposits

poa4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga bank transfer; and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are credited to the Member's Wallet in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing windows are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction. poa4d does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

All funds deposited into your poa4d Wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a bank account or e-wallet belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate reversal of the deposit, a mandatory KYC review, and may lead to Account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed. poa4d targets a processing time of under five minutes for standard withdrawals during peak operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB); requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next operational window. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are displayed on the withdrawal screen.

poa4d reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where: (a) the withdrawal amount exceeds a defined threshold; (b) the Member has not previously completed KYC; or (c) the Member's account activity has triggered an automated risk alert. Such requests do not imply any accusation of wrongdoing and are standard compliance procedure.

5.3 Currency

All balances, wagers, bonuses, and payouts on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). poa4d does not support multi-currency wallets, and no foreign exchange conversion is applied by the Platform. Members are responsible for any conversion costs imposed by their own bank or e-wallet provider.

5.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal has been recorded for a continuous period of 180 days. poa4d may apply an inactivity administration fee of Rp 50.000 per month to inactive Account balances after this period. Members will be notified by their registered contact method prior to any such fee being applied, and may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and completing at least one qualifying transaction.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by poa4d are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between the general provisions of this clause and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Member's Wallet must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotional offer page. Stakes placed on games or betting markets that are excluded from bonus wagering will not count toward the requirement, and poa4d reserves the right to void bonus-funded bets placed on excluded markets.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times — whether through duplicate Accounts, shared devices, or any other mechanism — constitutes abuse of the promotional system and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may trigger an Account review.

6.4 Bonus Modification and Withdrawal. poa4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Member's Wallet prior to such modification will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of crediting, unless the bonus was credited in error or in circumstances constituting a breach of these Terms.

6.5 Promotional Eligibility. Not all promotions are available to all Members. poa4d may restrict eligibility by registration date, deposit history, geographic location, game activity, or other criteria. Eligibility decisions are made at poa4d's sole discretion and are not subject to appeal.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the poa4d Sportsbook are subject to poa4d's published sportsbook rules, which cover topics including but not limited to: settlement procedures, void bet conditions, postponed and abandoned events, and live betting integrity. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules for that market.

7.2 Obvious Errors. poa4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input mistake — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's Wallet. poa4d will exercise this right reasonably and will not use it to void bets simply because they resulted in a loss for the house.

7.3 Casino and Live Dealer Games. All casino and live dealer games available on poa4d are supplied by independently licensed and audited game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game is governed by its own published rules, and in the event of a technical interruption mid-game, the studio's fair-play resolution protocol will apply. poa4d is not responsible for game malfunctions attributable to a third-party provider's software.

7.4 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially recognised draw operators. In the event of a dispute regarding a draw result, the result published by the originating draw operator shall be considered final and binding.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or purchasing a game round and may vary by market, game, Member tier, and promotional status. poa4d reserves the right to impose reduced maximum stakes on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where unusual or potentially harmful betting patterns are identified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the poa4d Platform and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-Account-per-person rule.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers or bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Using any automated bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, deliberate loss strategies, or any other form of game manipulation in live dealer or poker environments.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or source of funds at any stage of the KYC process.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or data feed anomalies for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing poa4d's customer support agents or other Members through any communication channel.

9.1 Verification Requirement. poa4d is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of its Members before processing withdrawals above a defined threshold and at periodic intervals throughout the Member's account lifetime. KYC verification is also triggered by certain Account activity patterns identified by poa4d's compliance systems.

9.2 Documents Required. Standard KYC verification requires the following documents to be submitted via the poa4d Account portal:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or valid passport).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your registered address (dated within 90 days).
• Evidence of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your mobile banking or e-wallet interface showing your name and account details).

9.3 Processing Time. poa4d aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases involving enhanced due diligence may take up to 5 business days. Withdrawal requests will be held pending during the KYC review period.

9.4 Refusal to Verify. If a Member fails to provide the required KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, or if the submitted documents cannot be verified as authentic, poa4d reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, suspend withdrawal access, or permanently close the Account. In cases where fraud is suspected, balances may be withheld pending investigation and referral to relevant authorities.

10.1 Commitment. poa4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that help Members manage their gambling activity. poa4d regards responsible gaming not as a regulatory obligation but as a fundamental component of its relationship with its Member base.

10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all poa4d Members and can be activated through the Account settings or by contacting live chat support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session reminders and enforced log-out after a defined period of continuous play.
• Time-Out: A temporary suspension of Account access for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The Account cannot be reactivated before the selected period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. The poa4d Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. poa4d employs age verification checks at registration and may require additional age confirmation at any point. If you are aware that a person under 21 is accessing the Platform using your credentials, you must notify poa4d immediately and change your login credentials without delay.

11.1 Ownership. All content on the poa4d Platform — including but not limited to the poa4d brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of poa4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Limited Licence. poa4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineering any Platform software; or using poa4d's trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

11.3 Third-Party Content. Games supplied by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are licensed to poa4d for display on the Platform. Members may not reproduce, record, or distribute any game content without the written consent of the relevant game studio.

12.1 Platform Availability. poa4d makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, force majeure events, and cyber incidents may cause temporary service interruptions. poa4d shall not be liable for any losses — including lost winnings or missed betting opportunities — arising from Platform unavailability outside its reasonable control.

12.2 Betting Losses. You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss and that poa4d provides a fair and audited betting environment but cannot guarantee winnings. Losses incurred through legitimate, settled bets and game rounds are final and are not subject to refund or reversal.

12.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, poa4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms limits poa4d's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by poa4d; (b) death or personal injury caused by poa4d's negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

poa4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy covers, among other things, the categories of data collected, the purposes for which that data is used, the circumstances under which data may be shared with third parties (including payment processors, game studios, and licensing authorities), and Members' rights in relation to their personal data.

14.1 Termination by Member. You may close your poa4d Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any available balance in your Wallet. poa4d will process the closure request within 5 business days of receiving all required information.

14.2 Termination by poa4d. poa4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) poa4d is required to do so under applicable law or licensing conditions; (c) poa4d has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct; or (d) a Member's account activity poses an unacceptable risk under poa4d's internal compliance policies.

14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure or suspension, access to the Platform and all Services will be revoked immediately. Where closure is initiated by the Member and the Account is in good standing, any available Wallet balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, poa4d reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

15.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which poa4d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body.

15.2 Indonesia Market Context. poa4d acknowledges that its primary market comprises players residing in Indonesia and commits to operating its Services with due regard for the cultural, financial, and regulatory context of the Indonesian market. However, poa4d does not claim to be licensed or regulated by any Indonesian government body, and Members access the Services on that understanding.

15.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and poa4d with respect to the Services and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
